Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Department of Critical Care delivers advanced, lifesaving care for patients facing the most serious and complex medical conditions within our state-of-the-art intensive care units (ICUs). Our multidisciplinary team of highly trained intensivists, critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists, provide continuous monitoring and advanced, life-sustaining interventions to patients receive the highest level of medical attention and support.

Our Critical Care Department, home to the largest single-unit ICU in the UAE, encompasses three specialized units: Cardiothoracic & Vascular ICU, Medical-Surgical ICU, and Neuro ICU. Treating a wide range of critical and life-threatening conditions, from transplants and infections to post-operative complications and brain injuries, each unit follows evidence-based practices and leverages advanced technologies to optimize outcomes and enhance patient safety.
