Our self-pay specialists will support you through your entire healthcare journey and help you navigate payment options. The team will guide you through the estimated cost of your care and update you if that amount changes for any reason.
How does self-pay work?
The self-pay process is simple:
- Selecting the package: Review the available packages and select the suitable one for your condition and copy the Package Code.
- Book an appointment: Complete the Request Self-Pay Consultation form and our team will contact you to schedule a consultation. Mention the package code of interest in the form under ‘Reason for Visit’.
- Meet with your specialist: Together, you will discuss your medical history, your health concerns and any tests or procedures that may be needed based on your needs.
- Arrange your treatment: Once your specialist has advised a treatment plan for you, we will provide a personalized estimate that covers all the services you may need as part of a self-pay package. These can then be scheduled at a convenient time for you.

What is included in self-pay treatment?
Our price estimate for in-patient and day-case procedures will include:
- Standard pre-assessment
- Accommodation in a private, en-suite room up to the stated number of nights in hospital (including day cases)
- Theatre fees, including standard implants if required
- Nursing care and facilities
- Meals and routine tests
- Relevant take-home medication.
Additional services excluded from in-patient hospital packages may incur additional fees, such as:
- Additional nights in hospital beyond estimated hospital length of stay
- Any additional post-operative treatments/consultations that may be required
- Any additional or more complex procedures not included in our initial estimate
- Non-standard prosthesis not specified in the package inclusions
- Personal costs such as visitors’ meals and transportation.
