Dr. Hashem Younes

Dr. Hashem Younes, MD, is a staff Physician within the Cancer Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Younes worked as a Staff Oncologist at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, US. He also held the position of Skin Cancer Institute Medical Lead there.

Dr. Younes received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh, and his fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the same institution.

Dr. Younes has led several clinical trials for treatments of different cancers and has vast wide experience in administering different modalities of cancer treatments such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy. He has published numerous articles in peer reviewed cancer journals.

Dr. Younes resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife and four daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys painting and traveling.
