These terms of use set out the terms on which you may access and use Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Microsoft Teams Platform. By using this platform, you indicate that you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. You are also required to comply with the terms and the conditions of the third party service provider as may be applicable from time to time. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (“we” and “us”) may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. By accessing our Microsoft Teams Platform, you agree to check these terms regularly from time to time and to take notice of any changes to them. Your continued access to and use of our Microsoft Teams Platform following an update to the terms shall constitute your acceptance of those updated terms.

User Content

You agree not to post any content or comment that:

• Is abusive or hurtful to or in respect of another user, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi or any third party organization;
• includes foul or offensive language;
• includes personal attacks or defamatory content (i.e., making negative personal or untrue comments);
• could violate the privacy of our patients, their families, or any other individual or organization; or
• could breach applicable laws and or regulations of UAE.

You should exercise caution when posting information (in particular any patient confidential information).

Disclaimer

When using the service, you are also required to comply at all times with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s other applicable policies and procedures as amended from time to time. Please note that this Microsoft Teams service allows audio and other information sent during the session to be recorded, which may be discoverable in a legal matter. By joining this session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to being recorded, discuss your concerns with the host or do not join the session.
