We have developed a UAE-specific patient survey in partnership with a globally renowned marketing research organization, which measures our patients’ perception of quality of care.

Thousands of results from phone, email and web-based surveys are collected and advanced data analysis is conducted with sophisticated data reporting tools. These results are compared locally and with top performing hospitals worldwide.

Best practices are adapted from Cleveland Clinic US and tailored to the region to assist our Caregivers in providing high quality, culturally competent and patient-centered care.
