Dr. Mariam AlHilli

Dr. Mariam AlHilli, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Integrated Surgical Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. She is Division Chair of the Department of Gynecology.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. AlHilli served as a Staff Physician at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio and as Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine/ Lerner College of Medicine.

Dr. AlHilli received her medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She completed her residency as well as a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Gynecologic Oncology. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. AlHilli specializes in the comprehensive medical and surgical care of women with gynecologic cancer. She has extensive experience in the management of high-risk patients with hereditary disposition to gynecologic malignancies.

With over a decade of experience in complex gynecologic surgery, minimally invasive and robotic techniques, gynecologic oncology and academic medicine, Dr. AlHilli is dedicated to advancing women’s health across the region. She is deeply committed to improving the quality of patient care and enhancing patient experience.
