- Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi undergoing CARF International accreditation in August
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing world-class care, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is participating in an on-site accreditation survey by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) International, an independent, non-profit group that accredits health and human service providers around the world.
Accreditation from CARF International is a mark of high quality, and will affirm our commitment to world-class care, continuous improvement, and engaging with our community, including patients and caregivers.
Surveyors from CARF International will visit Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi from August 16-18 to speak with caregivers and patients about their experience.
If you are a patient, a surveyor may ask you questions such as the following:
- Is Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi a clean and safe setting?
- Do you receive the services you need and want?
- Are you treated with respect?
- How are you involved in planning your care?
- Do you receive the information you need?
- Are your questions answered in a way you understand?
- Do you know where to go with questions or concerns?
