Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, part of Mubadala’s network of healthcare providers, hosted a significant presence at Tawdheef Abu Dhabi, the leading career and entrepreneurial event for UAE nationals.
Since opening its doors in 2015, the hospital has made recruiting and developing the next generation of UAE national healthcare professionals a top strategic priority. By the end of 2018, around 19% of caregivers at the hospital were Emirati nationals, in roles ranging from clinical staff to nursing, digital marketing, and finance.
The hospital is showcasing the wide range of both clinical and non-clinical careers available to UAE nationals at Tawdheef Abu Dhabi, alongside the diverse number of personal and career development opportunities on offer.
