Overview

The Transfusion Medicine team at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi work tirelessly to ensure the provision of safe blood supplies for our patients. The team works across the cellular therapy processing laboratory, the blood bank and the pre-transfusion and pre-natal testing laboratory.

Our Transfusion Medicine team supports patients around the clock, who have a range of complex medical and surgical requirements. The team works with many patients, including those who have received organ transplants, undergone cardiovascular surgery, or who have conditions such as sickle cell anemia, blood cancer, and many more.
