Patient Care Guidelines

All of our patients are treated as individuals and a Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for your care at all times with your personal and clinical needs in mind, within the scope of practice for RNs.

Our RNs are highly experienced and qualified Caregivers and are involved in ongoing education programs as well as being supported by our Clinical Nurse Education Department. These ongoing programs ensure that the skills and competencies are kept current in order to maintain compassionate care of the highest quality.

Allied Health services, such as physical therapy, clinical dietetics, occupational therapy and social work, are also available as required.

The Unit Manager or their designated Deputy will be available to discuss any aspect of your in-patient care during your stay.
