Medication Home Delivery Service ​

In line with the current physical distancing measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19, we’ve launched our Medication Home Delivery Service to ensure that you are able to receive your prescription medicines safely, without having to collect in person at the pharmacy​.

Please use this form to request a medication refill, a home delivery or if you have any general pharmacy inquiries.

What type of medications can be requested through this service?

All medications which you would normally pick up from the pharmacy can be delivered to you EXCEPT controlled medications and narcotics. This service includes new prescriptions as well as refills, as long as you have remaining refills.​

How do I use the service?

First time Use Medication 
If you are being prescribed a medication for the first time, a pharmacist will contact you after your medication has been ordered by your doctor to arrange for the delivery and explain the usage instructions. If you need your medication immediately, please visit the ambulatory pharmacy located on the ground floor of the hospital.

Medication Refills
If you are requesting a medication refill for delivery, please complete the Medication Refill & Delivery Request form on this page at least 5 days before you need a refill.
If you require your medications immediately, please visit the pharmacy or call us on 800 8 2223. ​

If I’m using a medication for the first time, how will I know how to take it correctly?

How long will it take for my medications to be delivered?

Due to high demand for our home medication delivery service, please allow up to 2-3 days for your medications to be delivered, and make sure to order your refill at least 5 days ahead of time for your medication refills.

Can I request medication home delivery through the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi mobile app?

Currently this option is not available, however we are working on activating it soon. We will notify you once it becomes available.

Is there a cost to use the medication home delivery service?

Our medication home delivery service will be provided to you free-of-charge for the next 3 months.

What should I do if one of my medications is missing or if I have questions about my medications?

Please make sure that have received the correct medications and check the quantity listed on the package before signing for your delivery.
If you have any questions or issues related to your medication home delivery, please call us on 800 8 2223 and select option 3 for “medication refill and home delivery inquiries​."

What should I do if I am unable to reach the provided phone number provided?
