Life Support Training

The Basic Life Support course teaches the essential concepts of CPR. Covering the latest resuscitation science to improve patient outcomes, and offering realistic simulations and scenarios, the course provides healthcare professionals or those needing to know how to perform CPR, the foundations of life-saving techniques following a cardiac event.

The Advanced Cardiac Life Support course aims to build on the skills learnt in the Basic Life Support course, and highlights the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. The course, designed for healthcare professionals and those in contact with cardiac emergencies, explores the importance of communication between care teams, the recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and ACS.

The Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course teaches the importance of a systemic approach to assessing, identifying and treating emergency situations in children. Participants learn about basic life support, following PALS algorithms and practicing resuscitation skills in order to deliver effective pediatric care.

Designed for everyone, the Heartsaver CPR AED First Aid course aims to give the basic skills and knowledge that could save a life. Giving participants a cohesive, consistent experience in realistic scenarios, even minimal training in AED has been proven to improve its efficacy.

The Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization Course teaches participants how to assess and recognize respiratory emergencies, shock and cardiopulmonary arrest and how to provide appropriate lifesaving interventions.
