Stroke Support Group

Introduction

Stroke Support Group Meetings offer a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space for stroke patients, their families, and caregivers to come together. These gatherings provide an opportunity to share personal experiences, express concerns, and connect with others who understand the journey of life after a stroke.

Participants can find comfort, encouragement, and mutual support in a community that truly listens.

Each session is thoughtfully designed by the multidisciplinary stroke care team at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Meeting topics are shaped by real patient feedback and focus on all aspects of post-stroke life—physical, emotional, social, and cognitive. Whether you are navigating recovery, adapting to new routines, or supporting a loved one, these sessions aim to offer guidance, education, and empowerment.

The group meets bi-monthly on the last Thursday of the month.

All stroke survivors and caregivers are welcome to join.
