Brain Health Program

Overview

The Brain Health Program at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Neurological Institute provides diagnostic and ongoing treatment services for patients with cognitive disorders such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and memory decline. We also provide support services for the family members who are involved in the care of our patients.

We take a multidisciplinary team approach to neurological care. Our doctors, nurses, patient educators, and social workers all work together to create an individualized treatment plan for every patient. Our services are centered around our Patients First philosophy, which focusses on providing excellent care, whilst being mindful of the dignity and confidentiality of patients and their families, at all times.

Our Brain Health – One Stop Clinic offers a streamlined screening, evaluation and diagnostic process for memory disorders and cognitive function assessment. The comprehensive service, delivered by our experienced Brain Health physicians, is designed to deliver high-quality, personalized care, in under two hours.

We are the first center in Abu Dhabi to offer Amyloid PET Brain Imaging for dementia diagnosis, enhancing our ability to detect Alzheimer’s disease by identifying amyloid plaque buildup in the brain, something not possible with traditional imaging like MRI or CT scans.
