Dr. Sergio F. Dávila Cabrera, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician within the Anesthesiology Department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Hospital Care Institute.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Dávila worked as a Specialist Anesthesiologist at Dubai Hospital and Rashid Hospital Emergency and Trauma Center, Dubai, UAE. He also served as Consultant Anesthesia at Bongani Regional Hospital in South Africa, The National Institute of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery and Calixto García University Hospital in Havana, Cuba.
Dr. Dávila earned his medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba, where he also completed his residency in Anesthesiology. He then advanced his expertise in Adult Cardiovascular Anesthesia through a fellowship at the National Institute of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery in Havana, Cuba.
Currently, Dr. Dávila resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports, music, and traveling.
