Dr. Khalil Nemou, MD, is a Staff Physician within the Hospital Medicine Program of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Hospital Care Institute.

Dr.Nemou also worked at Halifax Health Florida as a Staff Physician in Hospital Medicine, as well as Associate Clinical Professor at Florida State University, Daytona Beach, Florida, US.
Dr. Nemou received his medical degree from Damascus University Faculty of Medicine, Syria. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio, US.
Dr. Nemou resides in Abu Dhabi. He enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and hiking. He plays the keyboard and enjoys attending musical concerts.
At present, there are no known methods to prevent the development of idiopathic scoliosis, which is the most common type. Idiopathic scoliosis typically arises during growth spurts in childhood or adolescence, and the underlying cause is still unknown.
