• Book an appointment: Complete the Request Self-Pay Consultation form and our team will contact you to schedule a consultation. Mention the package code of interest in the form under ‘Reason for Visit’.
• Meet with your specialist: Together, you will discuss your medical history, your health concerns and any tests or procedures that may be needed based on your needs.
• Arrange your treatment: Once your specialist has advised a treatment plan for you, we will provide a personalized estimate that covers all the services you may need as part of a self-pay package. These can then be scheduled at a convenient time for you.
