Ali Al Jawdar

Ali Al Jawdar is the Chief Human Capital Officer at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, part of the M42 group., leading the development and execution of the organization’s Human Capital strategy and initiatives in line with the hospital’s overall ‘patients first’ mission and strategic direction. Ali has been with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi since 2016, where he has led several projects relating to Caregiver Experience, Emiratization, Housing, and Human Capital Systems. Prior to that, he worked at Mubadala Investment Company and has held different positions in the areas of support and shared services.

Ali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Abu Dhabi University.
