A prominent former Prime Minister, and international businessman with over two decades of experience in governance, diplomacy, and private sector leadership. Known for advocating moderate, reform-oriented policies, he guided Lebanon through pivotal transitional phases and secured international support, including the $11 billion CEDRE program.

Beyond politics, he led Saudi Oger and co-founded major institutions such as BankMed and MedGulf, driving investment in banking, insurance, telecommunications, and real estate. Educated at Georgetown University, he is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Italian, and has been recognized globally for his contributions to diplomacy, economic reform, and interfaith dialogue.
