Brief description: A low-dose CT (computed tomography) calcium score scan is a fast, non-invasive imaging test that looks for the presence of calcified plaques in the arteries. You may be eligible if you have risk factors such as diabetes, hypertension, smoking, obesity, or a family history of heart disease.

Brief description: The Lung and Heart Caring Scan is a low dose computed tomography (CT) scan that can quickly assess your lungs for signs of lung nodules and abnormalities, and at the same time measures calcified plaques to assess the risk of coronary artery disease.
You may be eligible if you :
- Are aged 50 or over
- Are a smoker or you have previously smoked (this includes cigarettes, sheesha or medwakh)
- Have a family history of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, or diabetes
- Have cardiovascular risk factors such as obesity, high blood pressure or high cholesterol
- Are experiencing ongoing symptoms such as chest pain, chronic cough or unexplained weight loss
- Have had occupational exposure to industrial dust.

Please note the price of care may change if you require complex medical or surgical procedures outside the procedures included in the self-pay package. Our self-pay team will be happy to assist with any questions you may have.
Our in-patient and day-case hospital packages include:
- Standard pre-assessment.
- Accommodation in a private, en-suite room up to the stated number of nights in hospital (including day cases).
- Theatre fees, including standard implants if required.
- Nursing care and facilities.
- Meals and routine tests.
- Relevant take-home medication.
Additional services excluded from in-patient hospital packages may incur additional fees, such as:
- Additional nights in hospital beyond estimated hospital length of stay.
- Any additional post-operative treatments/consultations that may be required.
- Any additional or more complex procedures not included in our initial estimate.
- Non-standard prosthesis not specified in the package inclusions.
- Personal costs such as visitors’ meals and transportation.
