Our responsibility is to provide the best possible care and outcome for everyone, and we strive to always exceed expectations.
One way we can achieve this is by listening. By paying attention to insights, feedback, and unique perspectives, positive changes can be made to improve the way care is delivered. Our Patient and Family Advisory Council was established in 2018, the first of its kind in the UAE, to help us achieve this goal.
By regularly sharing honest opinions and genuine answers, our Patient and Family Advisory Council have helped us to speed up the process of improving the experience of our patients and their families at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Through their open and transparent communication, we have developed collaborative relationships with council members which have helped us to advance best practices throughout the organization.
