Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Cardiac, Kidney & Metabolic (CKM) Health Clinic provides patients with the opportunity to meet with cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, pharmacists and nutrition experts, in one appointment.
CKM syndrome includes heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, and obesity. These health conditions often happen together but are usually treated separately. This can cause a delay in diagnosis and treatment, leading to poorer health outcomes.

What to Expect
During your CKM Health Clinic visit, you will see multiple specialists, in one convenient setting.
- First, check in with our Patient Services team who will guide you through the process.
- You will have consultations with each specialist during the same visit.
- Depending on your condition, the doctors may recommend tests such as blood work, heart imaging (like ECG or echocardiogram), kidney function test, blood sugar, or metabolic screening
- After all consultations, you’ll receive a joint care plan that ensures all doctors are aligned on your diagnosis, treatment, and next steps.
- Our team will schedule any follow-ups, additional tests, or procedures if needed.
