Medication Refills and Home Delivery Service 

To order medication refills and/or medication home delivery, please visit the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Patient Portal website or download the mobile app for free from your app store.

All medications which you would normally pick up from the pharmacy can be delivered to you EXCEPT controlled medications and narcotics. This service includes new prescriptions as well as refills, as long as you have remaining refills

First time Use Medication 

If you are being prescribed a medication for the first time, a pharmacist will contact you after your medication has been ordered by your doctor to arrange for the delivery and explain the usage instructions. If you need your medication immediately, please visit the ambulatory pharmacy located on the ground floor of the hospital.

Medication Refills

If you are requesting a medication refill for delivery, please complete the Medication Refill & Delivery Request form on this page at least 5 days before you need a refill.
If you require your medications immediately, please visit the pharmacy or call us on 800 8 2223..

 

If you are being prescribed a medication for the first time, do not use the medication before discussing the usage instructions with one of our pharmacists If you have not already spoken to a Pharmacist, please call us on 8008 2223 and select option 3 for “medication refill and home delivery inquiries”.

For your safety, we will request that you come and pick up the medication in person for the first time to provide you with the proper usage instructions when:

  • You are being prescribed a very complex medication therapy for the first time
  • or if you are being prescribed a medication that can be harmful to your health when used in error. The medication can however be delivered to you for subsequent refills.

 

Due to high demand for our home medication delivery service, please allow up to 2-3 days for your medications to be delivered, and make sure to order your refill at least 5 days ahead of time for your medication refills.
If you require your medications immediately, please visit the pharmacy or call us on 800 8 2223.

 

Currently this option is not available, however we are working on activating it soon. We will notify you once it becomes available. 
You can however contact us directly by clicking on the “Medication Refill & Delivery Request” button above and filling out the form.

 

Our medication home delivery service will be provided to you free-of-charge for the next 3 months.

 

Please make sure that have received the correct medications and check the quantity listed on the package before signing for your delivery.
