Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi has launched the first phase of its new “Health Portal” mobile application, designed to enhance the patient experience and improve access to specialized care.
Using the app, patients can request and track their appointments with physicians at the hospital. Following their visit, they will keep in contact with their physician via the app, messaging them directly with any non-urgent questions or concerns they may have, and receiving a prompt and personal response.
The mobile app is part of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s efforts to enable more patients to access the right level of care when and where they need it.
Available on iOS and Android, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Health Portal provides a personalized portal that enables quick and easy access to test results, medical records and prescriptions, and provides a comprehensive overview of a patient’s records. Data on the app is protected by the highest standard of online security, so that records in the app are only accessible by the patient.
