Basic Imaging Procedures

General Radiography: Skull & sinuses, chest, abdomen, pelvis, bones, extremities, soft tissues, etc.Fluoroscopy: Barium swallow, upper gastrointestinal, barium enemas, intravenous polygram sniff test.CT and MR, with or without contrast: head, neck, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities.Full Range of Abdominal Imaging & Image Guided Procedures.Ultrasound: Abdomen, pelvis, gall bladder, liver, pancreas, aorta, venous doppler, renal, prostate, uterus, ovaries, testicles, upper and lower extremities, venous and arterial Doppler, carotid etc.Molecular Imaging: Cardiac, bone, gall bladder-biliary, abdominal (renal, liver, spleen), lung, thyroid, testicular scintigraphy.

Advanced Imaging Procedures

General Radiography: Scoliosis, bone age, TM joints, sialography, enteroclysis, and lymphangiography.

Fluoroscopy: Speech, fistulogram, interventional radiology (biopsies, drainage, puncture, stent, tube and line placement), and venous access & arthrography.

CT:

  1. Advanced CT General: Virtual colonoscopy and bronchoscopy, volumetric measurement of tumor, computer aided detection (CAD) of tumor / nodule, 3D and 4D pre-op mapping and vascular evaluation, perfusion, functional and disease burden quantification, CT vascular analysis.
  2. Advanced CT Neuro: Stroke evaluation with volume perfusion, 3D blood-brain barrier imaging, evaluation and 3D visualization of vascular leakage, grey-white matter differentiation, and tumor grading.
  3. Advanced Cardiac CT: Cardiac function and perfusion, CT coronary analysis, stroke evaluation with volume perfusion, 3D blood-brain barrier imaging, evaluation and 3D visualization of vascular leakage, grey-white matter differentiation, and tumor grading.

Molecular Imaging:

  1. Advanced Molecular Imaging General: Image fusion and organ-based processing (brain, thyroid, shunt and cardiac blood pool analysis).
  2. Advanced Molecular Imaging Cardiac: Image fusion, left and right ventricular ejection fraction analysis, filling and emptying analysis, quantitative coronary and perfusion assessment, dynamic SPECT.

MRI:

  1. Advanced MRI General: Contrast and non-contrast 2D and 3D dynamic angiography in all body including extremities, breast, MSK and cartilage imaging.
  2. Advanced MRI Cardiac: 3D and 4D dynamic imaging for tissue characterization, ventricular function and coronary imaging, cardiac cine imaging with quantitative cardiac flow studies.
  3. Advanced Neuro MRI: Neuro diffusion and perfusion with color mapping, functional MRI and DTI tractography.
  4. MR enterography.
  5. MR and CT tailored to organ specific and tumor specific diagnosis.

Ultrasound: Real time 3D imaging with surface and volume rendering, image fusion with CT for interventional procedures.

INTERVENTIONAL

  • Biopsy of all organs and body parts.
  • Drainage, tube and stents placements, thoracentesis, parencentesis, cysts and abcess drainages.
  • Percutaneous nephrostomy, ureteral interventions and ante-grade ureteral stenting, gastrostomy, gastro-jejunostomy.
  • Percutaneous biliary cholangiography, biliary dilatation and stenting, percutaneous cholecystostomy.
  • Vascular access and venous procedures: Central venous catheters, dialysis catheters, mediports, PICC lines, inferior vena cava filters placement and retrieval, venography, venous thrombolysis, stenting and venoplasty, and arteriovenous fistula interventions.
  • Aortic, peripheral vascular angiography and interventions.
  • Mesenteric and renal arterial angiography and intervention.
  • Embolization of bleeding vessels (gastrointestinal, or trauma) and mesenteric aneurysms.
  • Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS), percutaneous splenic reduction, transjugular liver biopsy.
  • Embolization of vascular malformations.
  • Oncology Interventions: Radiofrequency abalation, chemoembolization and radioembolization.
  • Prostate artery embolization (PAE).
  • Varicocele testicular vein embolization.

NEUROINTERVENTIONAL

  • Cerebral and spinal angiography.
  • Spinal punctures, myelography, discography, kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, facet and epidural injection, nerve root blocks and biopsies.
  • Treatment of: Traumatic neck vascular injuries, brain aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations, carotid cavernous fistula, refractory epistaxis, intracranial vasospasm.
  • Treatment of vertebral tumors, head and neck tumor embolization (paragangliomas, preoperative meningioma).
  • Treatment of intracranial and extracranial brachiocephalic atherosclerosis with angioplasty and /or stenting including carotid.
  • Treatment of acute ischemic stroke with mechanical thrombectomy and/or chemical thrombolysis.
