Noé Quesada-Vázquez, MD, is a Clinical Associate in the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, specializing in gastroenterology.
Prior to joining CCAD, Dr. Vázquez was a staff endoscopist at the Santa Isabel Clinic in Seville, Spain, where he performed complex endoscopic procedures for diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions.
Dr. Vázquez has a specific interest in the treatment of pancreatitis, having contributed to several research projects related to acute pancreatitis and pancreatic disorders. He has also completed a clinical and research rotation in the Division of Gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, gaining experience in advanced treatments such as total pancreatectomy and islet autotransplantation (TP/IAT).
Dr. Vázquez gained his medical degree from the University of Granada, and worked as an occupational physician before completing a residency in general practice at the Virgen de la Victoria Hospital, Málaga, Spain, and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the General Hospital of Alicante, Spain. He also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Medicine Research from Miguel Hernandez University, Alicante, Spain.
