Hogan, MB BCh, is a Staff Physician in the Critical Care Institute at
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior
to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Hogan completed fellowships in
cardiothoracic and vascular anesthesia at Leipzig Heartcentre, Germany (EACTA
accredited), and in clinical research at Papworth Hospital, Cambridge, UK.
Dr. Hogan received his MB BCh and his MSc in Physiology from University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at the College of Anaesthetists, also in Dublin, and concurrently completed an MBA at University College Dublin. He received his fellowship in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia from Leipzig Heartcentre, Germany.
Hogan is experienced in providing perioperative care across all surgical
specialties, incorporating anesthesia, intensive care medicine and acute pain
management for adults and pediatric patients.

valve replacement (trans-vascular, trans-apical); aortic surgery (+/-hypothermic
