The Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Institute houses a Clinical Pathology Laboratory and a reference Anatomic Pathology (AP) Laboratory. The National Reference Laboratory, part of the M42 group, manages the technical part of the joint AP Laboratory and is responsible for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi laboratory referral testing.
Both laboratories are College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited, which is a symbol of the highest quality in medical laboratory testing.
