Dr. Sudeendra S. Gupta

Dr. Sudeendra S. Gupta, MD, DM, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Nephrology Department of the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. 

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sudeendra was working as Consultant Nephrologist in Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital, Al Ain. 

Dr. Sudeendra received his medical degree from the University of Mysore, India, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India.

After completing his fellowship in Nephrology and subsequently post-doctoral fellowship in renal transplantation medicine, he worked as Associate Professor in Nephrology at SDM Medical College and Hospital in Dharwad, India. 

He has a keen interest in kidney transplantation, glomerulonephritis, and acute kidney Injury. 

Currently, Dr. Sudeendra resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, reading and listening to music.
