Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, part of the M42 group, has been ranked the best hospital in the UAE and GCC on Newsweek’s ‘World Best Hospitals’ 2024 list. For the third consecutive year, it is the only hospital in the UAE to be named on the list, moving up 13 places in the ranking since 2023. It is also the only hospital in the GCC to feature in the top 200.
The prestigious global rankings are collated by Newsweek, in collaboration with global market research and consumer data company Statista Inc. The 2024 listing includes entries from over 2,400 hospitals in 30 countries.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Stroke Center has been certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center by the Middle East and North Africa Stroke Organization (MENASO) and the American Stroke Association® (ASA), in recognition of the facility’s commitment to prioritizing quality care for stroke patients.
A team of expert reviewers evaluated the center for compliance with the Comprehensive Stroke Center standards and requirements, including advanced imaging and treatment capabilities, 24/7 availability of specialized treatments, participation in research, and staff and physicians with the unique education and competencies to care for complex stroke patients.

ABRET’s goal is to ensure stringent EEG laboratory and study quality standards, as outlined by the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society. This is the first time that this certificate of accreditation has been awarded in the UAE. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Program has received a three-year CARF® accreditation, in recognition of the quality services that the program offers, which are enhancing the lives of patients.
