To meet the needs of patients who have travelled from outside of their home country to receive care at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a dedicated International Patient Services team will be providing a compassionate care and support to all patients, at every step of the journey.

As traveling abroad for medical care can be a challenging and stressful time for patients and their families, the International Patient Services team is committed to ensuring that anyone who chooses Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for the specialized medical care and treatment they require, receives it as seamlessly, efficiently, and comfortably as possible.

Helping you to plan your visit

You will be introduced to your dedicated global patient services coordinator, who will remain the single point of contact throughout your journey.

Your coordinator can help facilitate the following services:

  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Travel support for patients and their families, including visa requirements
  • Travel agency liaison, including flights, accommodation, and car rental arrangements
  • Medical records and treatment plan coordination
  • Cost estimation, payment facilitation and financial counseling
  • Critical care transfers and hospital-to-hospital transfers
  • Hospital admission support

All our international patients will also have access to:

  • Escort ambassadors throughout your patient journey
  • Translation and bilingual coordinators
  • Dedicated medical team and financial team
  • Leisure, tourism and cultural information for Abu Dhabi and the UAE via our travel agency based at the hospital
